T&D Machine was founded in 1972 in Oracle Arizona by Dennis Abbl. Operating with his son Tom, T&D's day to day work at that time consisted mostly of mining and fabrication for Magna Copper San Manuel Arizona, Kennicott Copper Kearney Ray Arizona, Cypress Johnson, Consolidated Mines, Miller Engineering, and numerous other Companies. In 1979 they opened the Willcox location and started to work with the local farming industry as wellas continuing with their mine counterparts. 1982 the decision was made to close the Oracle location due to decrease in copper production. In 1987 Tom purcahsed the current Willcox location from his Father, who decided that it was "North to Alaska". 1987-current: T&D Machine has over 50 local and national clients. T&D works closley with Hy-Tran Inc., building and assembling dewatering systems. The shop also services local farms and ranches, railroad, and mining industries. No job is too big or too small.
